The vocal version of "Sycamore Trees" released on the soundtrack is actually from the final episode of the series. Only the instrumental version is heard in the film. The FWWM tracks "Blue Frank", "Half Heart", and "Laura's Dark Boogie" were finally released on the Season Two And More soundtrack. "Deer Meadow Shuffle", "Nightsea Wind", "Mysterioso", "RR Swing", full versions of "Girl Talk" & "Birds In Hell" & the instrumental version of "Sycamore Trees" finally saw the light of day as part of the Twin Peaks Archive from davidlynch.com.

Most of the music for FWWM was created for the film, but a few tracks from the series were also used. Of course the "Twin Peaks" theme & "Laura Palmer's Theme" make appearances. As well as "Drug Deal Blues", "Night Bells", "Dark Mood Woods", and the guitar solo from "Bookhouse Boys".

In addition, vocal versions of "Fire Walk With Me" (called "She Would Die For Love") and "The Voice OF Love" can be found on the Julee Cruise album "The Voice Of Love" (although neither was heard in the film).
