Twin Peaks Soundtrack Design Mix 1: Slow Speed Twin Peaks (Mixcloud Mix)

Now that the Archive releases are over, I thought I'd share some of my own mixes/versions with you via mixcloud. Check out the Twin Peaks Archive Extra tab above for artwork as well. The first mix is:

Twin Peaks Soundtrack Design Mix 1:
Slow Speed Twin Peaks (59:45)

This is a mix of the slower speed and half-speed versions of normal tracks heard on the show. Including some mixed with other elements. As we know, there were several "Slow Speed Orchestra" tracks used on Twin Peaks, but they also played with altering the speed of many of their normal tracks as well. In addition, the last four tracks are examples of some of the wonderful mixes created for the show. I especially love the use of "Jean Renault's Theme" in tracks 13 & 14- two of the best mixes created for the series. I have created full length tracks for all, instead of the edits heard in the episodes.

  3. Fantastic! I've always admired such meticulous reconstructions - work of a true art conservator. There are other great mixes out there, but your combination of music & images really does it for me.
Are you planning to update the chronological guide with these mixes and bootlegs?
